Your site, looked after every month
Updates, backups, security and the small changes you need, handled every month from our studio in Wrexham so your site stays fast and current. Care plans run month to month with no lock-in, you get a plain monthly report of what was done, and if the site goes down we are on it the same working day.
What you get
A website care plan is four things sold as one: hosting, software updates, backups you can actually restore, and the small content changes you need during the year. Ours covers all four, runs month to month with no lock-in, and comes with a plain monthly report of what was done. What moves the cost is which of the four you already have and how often the site changes, not how many pages it has.
A website is not a buy-it-once job. Things need updating, content changes, and the odd problem needs sorting before it costs you visitors. Our care plans keep all of that off your plate.
You get a real person who knows your site, not a ticket queue. Need a price changed or a new photo added? Send a message and it gets done, no chasing required.
Questions, answered
Do I actually need a maintenance plan?
If your site matters to your business, yes. Sites that go untouched slow down, fall behind, and become easy targets for problems. A plan keeps it fast, safe, and current.
What if I want a change that is bigger than the plan covers?
We quote it separately and clearly before doing the work. Your monthly fee covers the regular upkeep and small changes, never surprise charges.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Care plans are month to month with no lock-in. You own your site, so you can leave any time and take it with you.
Do I have to be on a plan if you built my site?
No. You can manage it yourself if you prefer. The plan is there for businesses that would rather hand the upkeep to us.
How quickly do you respond if something goes wrong?
Care plan clients get priority. For anything that takes the site down, we treat it as urgent and get on it the same working day.
Let's build something that wins
