Web design for Deeside and Flintshire

From Connah's Quay to Mold and Holywell, we build fast, fully custom websites for Flintshire firms, and two of them are live for you to check before you speak to us.

In short

Webso Digital builds websites for businesses across Deeside and Flintshire (Sir y Fflint) from our studio on Rhosddu Road in Wrexham, twenty-odd minutes down the A541. Our Flintshire work is live: Nick Auto Detailing on Dock Road in Connah's Quay and KP Tuning in Mold. Fully custom Next.js sites from £800, 40 or more pages, with a free homepage mockup before you commit.

Why businesses choose us

Flintshire is a county of makers and trades with a border running through its customers. Airbus at Broughton, Toyota's engine plant and the Deeside Industrial Park put thousands of people on the A494 every morning, and a lot of them live in Chester, Ellesmere Port or the Wirral. A Connah's Quay business that only names Connah's Quay on its website is invisible to half the people who drive past it. Nick Auto Detailing's site names Deeside, Chester, Wrexham, Ellesmere Port and Mold on pages of their own, and nine days after launch its Chester page sat at an average Google position of 4 and its Wrexham page at 4, with the first quote request arriving from a customer who had asked ChatGPT.

The county's own searches are smaller and more Welsh than Chester's. Mold is Yr Wyddgrug, Flint is Y Fflint, Holywell is Treffynnon, and people search both ways. Flintshire County Council, based in Mold, works under the Welsh Language Standards, which matters if your customers include schools, the council or the health board: a bilingual quote page can be the difference between being considered and not. We build the Welsh version as its own set of pages, not a translation widget, when a business needs it.

KP Tuning in Mold is the Flintshire job that taught us the most. Its old site had been built as a grid of five services across seven towns, and once the place names were masked 24 of those pages were between 80 and 95 per cent identical. Google had quietly stopped indexing ten of them. We rewrote each town page around what is actually different about the place, which for a remapper means the Wirral tunnel commute, Shropshire farm work and Denbighshire's long rural runs, and Google took 51 of 52 pages back into its index within five weeks.

That is the test to run on any website you are quoted for in Flintshire: change the town name on a page and read it again. If it still makes sense, it is not about that town, and Google's spam policies call it a doorway page. We write a town page only for places you genuinely cover and only when it can say something that would be wrong on the next town's page.

We are in Wrexham, not Flintshire, and we say so. For Buckley, Mold, Hawarden and Deeside a meeting is a short drive; for Holywell and the coast most of the work happens by call and screen-share, and the free homepage mockup means you see the direction before anyone travels or pays. Every site we build loads fast on a phone, puts each service on its own page written the way customers describe the problem, sets up your Google Business Profile with the area you actually cover, and puts your reviews on the site in your customers' own words.

If your site already works and you only need it hosted and looked after, that is £180 a year. If it is holding you back, we will tell you plainly and quote a rebuild with a fixed price before anything starts.

Flintshire work you can check

Nick Auto Detailing (Connah's Quay) and KP Tuning (Mold) are live. Open them on your phone before you call us; it is a fairer test than any pitch.

Town pages that survive the swap test

Every Deeside and Flintshire page we write says something that would be wrong about the next town. Copy-paste town pages are what Google leaves out of its index, as KP Tuning found.

Built by the person you talk to

Daniel Stoychev, a Wrexham University Computer Science graduate, designs and builds every site himself, from the Wrexham studio twenty minutes from Mold.

Questions, answered

Do you have an office in Flintshire?

No. We are on Rhosddu Road in Wrexham, about twenty minutes from Mold and half an hour from Connah's Quay. Our Flintshire client work is live for you to check, and the build runs as well by call and screen-share as in person.

Should a Deeside business also name Chester on its website?

If you serve Chester customers, yes, on a page of its own that says something true about working there. Nick Auto Detailing's Chester page reached the top five in nine days because it is about Chester, not Connah's Quay with the name changed.

How much does a website cost for a Flintshire business?

Fully custom sites from £800, most between £800 and £1,500, with a fixed quote before we start and a free homepage mockup first. Local SEO is £200 a month, and the first month is free when we build your site.

Do I need a Welsh version of my site?

Only public bodies are obliged to, but a bilingual site helps if the council, schools or the health board are among your customers, and some Flintshire searches are made in Welsh. We build the Welsh pages as real pages so Google can index them, never as a translation widget.

My old site has a page for every town already. Why is nobody finding it?

Usually because the pages are the same page with the town swapped. KP Tuning in Mold had 24 near-identical town pages and Google had stopped indexing ten of them. Rewriting each one around what is really different about the place brought 51 of 52 pages back into the index.

Can you look after the website I already have?

Yes. Hosting and care is £180 a year. If the site itself is what holds you back, we will say so plainly and give you a fixed quote for a rebuild instead.

Let's build something that wins
