Why businesses choose us
Cheshire is not one market. Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East are separate councils with separate rules, and the searches that bring in work usually name a town rather than the county. In September, Chester Tuning's Ellesmere Port page sat at an average Google position of 6.6 and its Winsford page at 5.2, while the word Cheshire on its own brought it very little. A site that only says Cheshire answers the county search and misses the towns.
The detail changes from one end of the county to the other, and a page has to know it. When we built Skip Up's site, the permit guide had to say that Cheshire West and Chester will not accept a skip permit application from a householder, only from the skip firm. Get that wrong on a page and the customer who rings the council finds out before you do. Duffield Removals has separate pages for Ellesmere Port, Northwich, Crewe and Nantwich, written from the family's own answers about the work they do there, not one page with the town name swapped.
That swap is worth testing on any site you are quoted for. Take a town page, change the town's name, and read it again. If it still makes sense, it is not about that town, and Google's spam policies call that a doorway page. We write town pages only for places a business genuinely covers, and only when each one can say something that would be wrong on the next.
We are based on Rhosddu Road in Wrexham, not in Cheshire, and we will not pretend otherwise. The Chester side of the county is close: Chester Tuning and Skip Up both work from there. For Crewe, Nantwich or Macclesfield most of the work happens by call and screen-share, and the free homepage mockup means you see the direction before anyone travels or pays.
What makes a Cheshire site earn its keep is the same as anywhere, done properly. It loads fast on a phone, because that is where your customers are. Each service has its own page, written the way customers describe the problem. Your Google Business Profile is set up with the real area you cover, and your reviews are on the site in the customers' own words, as Duffield Removals' are.
If your site already works and you only need it hosted and looked after, that is £180 a year. If it is holding you back, we will tell you, and quote a rebuild with a fixed price before anything starts.

Do you have an office in Cheshire?
No. We are based on Rhosddu Road in Wrexham, a short drive from the Chester side of the county. Our Cheshire client work is live for you to check, and the process runs as well by call and screen-share as it does in person.
Which parts of Cheshire do you work in?
All of it. Our live client work covers Chester, Ellesmere Port, Frodsham, Winsford, Northwich, Crewe and Nantwich between three businesses. West Cheshire is easy to reach for a meeting; most east Cheshire clients prefer calls.
How much does a website cost for a Cheshire business?
The same as anywhere else we work: business sites from £800, most between £800 and £1,500, with a fixed quote before we start and a free homepage mockup first. Local SEO, if you want it, is from £200 a month with the first month free when we build your site.
Should my website have a page for every Cheshire town?
Only for towns where you genuinely work and where people search, and only if each page can say something true about that town. Chester Tuning's Ellesmere Port and Winsford pages are in Google's top ten; its Frodsham page, written the same way, has not moved yet. Start with three or four towns and add more when the search data shows demand.
Does it matter whether I am in Cheshire West or Cheshire East?
For some trades, yes. Permits, licensing and planning go through different councils, and a page that names the wrong one loses trust quickly. Skip Up's permit guide, for example, explains that Cheshire West and Chester only accepts skip permit applications from the skip firm, never from the householder.
Can you look after the website I already have?
Yes. Hosting and care is £180 a year. If the site itself is what holds you back, we will say so plainly and give you a fixed quote for a rebuild instead.
